Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to all Emirates in the UAE and across the Middle East.
  • Free delivery is offered for orders above AED 200 within the UAE.
  • International delivery is available; orders above AED 2,000 qualify for free international shipping. Orders below this value will be subject to additional delivery charges, calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Timeline

  • Free Delivery Orders: Delivered within 3–5 working days.
  • Local Delivery Orders: Delivered within 2–4 working days.
  • Standard Delivery Orders: Delivered within 2–4 working days.
  • 3D Arts & Decor and Custom Products: Delivered within 5–10 working days.
  • International delivery is available; orders above AED 2,000 qualify for free international shipping. Orders below this value will be subject to additional delivery charges, calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Made-to-Order / Large Installations: Some specialised products, especially custom 3D projected art installations, may take between 7 and 30 working days, depending on design complexity, materials, and production schedule.
  • Note: Since many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, timelines may vary. In such cases, customers will be informed in writing of the estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Process

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with estimated delivery timelines.
  • Prior to dispatch, our logistics team will contact you to confirm delivery details and availability.
  • For international orders, customers will be responsible for customs duties, VAT, and any local import taxes required by their country’s regulations.

Delivery Partners & Responsibility

  • We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe handling and timely delivery.
  • Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided.
  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details (address, contact number, recipient name). Mova Decor will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the courier will attempt re-delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
